Time: About 5 to 6 hours to finish
Original [link]This is my 3rd attempt at using Photoshop. I have looked at a lot of tutorials to improve. I'm am very proud of the the eyes the most, props to [link] . I used it as a reference to get a somewhat good looking eye sheen. Although it looks a bit dull on the skulls i will probably go back and fix those.
I would love to get some feedback on this picture.

This is very cool, and awesome job for your 3rd try 
I can't do any sort of thing like this using a computer haha. He's sorta cute with his little devilish grin, and the skulls below him are pretty comical, I like them just the way they are. Can't offer you any sort of suggestion, because I know almost nothing about it, but I think it's pretty cool
