Description

:bulletblue: Tools: Photosjop CS5
:bulletred: Time: About 14 to 15 hours to finish.

:pokeball: Pokémon: Loudred, Whismur (Close up here: [link] ), Graveler (Close up here: [link]), Diglett
:bulletgreen: Landscape: Mountain
:bulletyellow: Time of day: Noon

:lightbulb: Personal Notes: A cranky Graveler has woken up; due to the noise caused by Loudred. Graveler is using Rock Throw.

The Whismur Family is one of the most interesting families in the wild. As an infant Whismurs are known for being virtually quiet. Possessing three nostrils, two located directly under it's ears and one under it's tail. This is a survival trait, which helps to muffle heavy breathing to avoid being caught by predators. When in danger however, Whismur's cries can be nearly deafening. Their diets consists mainly of Pokéberries. Once a Whismur has evolved into a Loudred, they lose their fur in exchange for tough, thick and waxy skin; which will help fight against the harsh conditions of the mountain. Loudreds and Explouds have the strongest vocal cords in all of the Pokémon Kingdom, roars so lound it can topple 14-wheeler truck. Rarely, Loudred are seen with their mouths closed; when open their large tongue and throat are widely visible. Their ears possess the ability to project sounds from over 200 miles. Speakers today have been designed based off of Loudreds' ears. Loudred's diet consists of Pokéberries, Spindas, Mankies, Rattatas, Zubats, Golbats, Cleffas, Cleffaries, Munchlaxs and Teddiursas. With such high decibels that the Whismur Family can reach, it is quite obvious why they have so few predators.

The Geodude Family are known for their tough rock skin. A Geodude's skin becomes tougher as it evolves. Geodudes are born in litters of 3 to 4 alive and fully functional; with two arms that they rely heavily on for movement. If a Geodude looses an arm it's survival rate drops from 87% to 23%. Once evolved into Graveler, it also will posses 2 additional arms, but mainly uses the existing longer two to lift things, using the shorter two as a defense against attackers. With such tough skin the Geodude family has very few predators like Tyranitars, Pupitars, Aarons, Lairon, Aggrons, Onix and the mighty Steelix. These very same predators however (With the exception of Steelix), also happens to be the Geodude Family's diet as well as rocks and minerals. They will eat about 80lbs a day, after eating they will often times sleep. If woken up, Gravelers and Golems especially, will tend to go into rampages. Throwing rocks, shaking the ground and even exploding. It is highly recommended not to disturb a sleeping Graveler and Golem.

Sorry for the absence, I have been enjoying my summer vacation. I was planning to end off the 2nd series of Pokémon Planet here, but I have decided to add a bonus entry. :eager: I would really like to receive feedback on the environments, seeing as that is the purpose of this series. The documentary info takes quite a lot of time, because I am really making most of this up based off of what info I can find on them.

:bulletblack: P.S: Just a reminder, I post "Close Up" pics of the Pokémon featuring in the upcoming Pokémon Planet picture in my Scrap folder before the pictures comes out. So make sure you have the "Scraps" checked off if your watching me to get those sneak preview of whats to come. :D

The only thing I have to say about this is, if you're going to parody the Animal Planet Logo, use a silhouette of a Donphan. Other than that, this is pretty amazing.
